If this is your first visit to Dr. Hedrich's office, you may request an appointment online or call (403)381-2132 to make an appointment. The first appointment may take up to 1 hour. There are patient forms available on the website that need to be filled out prior to your visit. Please download the fillable pdf new patient intake forms, complete them, save this form with your name on it and email it to our office.   Help us stay on time for everyone by preparing your paperwork in advance.  If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.
